About

JLM & 3P's REALTY is a commercial real estate and start its construction on year 2012. Before the building was fully constructed on year 2018 a lot of changes happened before it was decided to be a rental building business. The two couple behind JLM & 3P's REALTY made it happened with their perspectives and initiatives in the business. One of the initiatives for JLM & 3P's REALTY is to be a  property used exclusively for business-related purposes to provide a work space rather than a living space.

Our vision is to build a target leading commercial real estate properties for the purpose of creating value and opportunity that provides our clients with exceptional value.
